Another Level Basketball is a FREE basketball program for girls and boys in K-5th grade that takes place each Saturday in January and February. Its purpose is to teach and play basketball, but it’s so much more. That’s why we call it “another level.” We want to move “above” the passing, dribbling, and shooting of basketball to the “next level.” We want to build up children, encourage parents and show them and teach them the love of Jesus Christ. Each week in addition to basketball, there are devotions where children learn about the Bible and Jesus. The level of play is above "open gym" because we have coaches and organized games. However, it's not quite "booster league" because we don't have practices during the week, and have some different game rules. We believe our unique level of commitment, coaching, and play is perfect for children of all skill levels to enjoy the game of basketball.

Expectations of Parents, Coaches, and Volunteers
We want Another Level Basketball to be uplifting, fun, enjoyable, and instructive for everyone who participates. To have the best chance of that happening we have expectations of everyone who is a part of it. Please read the expectations and embrace them. If we all do we will have a great season!
Rules
Another Level Basketball has some different rules from High School Basketball. The purpose of the rule changes is to help achieve fun, and fairness for all players. It is helpful if parents and spectators are familiar with the rules so there's less confusion when referees make calls. When you read the rules, please make special note of the dribbling rules. This rule is the most misunderstood which sometimes causes frustration for those unfamiliar with it.
Volunteer
We routinely have over 100 children play Another Level Basketball each season. To have a safe, instructive and fun experience we need a lot of volunteers.
